City of Blaine issued the following announcement on Dec. 16.
The public comment period for the city's ADA transition plan for pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way is open until January 10, 2020. All comments should be directed to Blaine City Engineer Dan Schluender at dschluender@blainemn.gov or 763-785-6158.
