City of Blaine issued the following announcement on Dec. 30.
After working to keep the roads as good as possible all day on Monday, Blaine plow crews will be back out at 4AM on Tuesday to start a full plow of the city roadways. If your garbage day is Tuesday do not leave your garbage carts in the road. Place them up to two feet behind the curb to help the plows be able to clear from curb to curb.
