Looking for a place to decorate cookies and not have to clean up the mess? We have the perfect program for you. We will supply one dozen cookies and all of the toppings. Bring a container to take
your cookies home. Dress for the mess. Max 20. Event held at Blaine City Hall Atrium. Registration deadline is March 20 or when spaces fill.
