City of Blaine issued the following announcement on April 24.
Lights On Blaine! Friday night the Blaine community has a chance to come together and show support for one another. At 8:30PM on Friday, April 24 flip on your outside house lights. If you do not have outside lights stand on your apartment balcony or go to the window with a flashlight or phone. Let's all come together by simply flipping on the lights and letting each other know we care and are all in this together.
