City of Blaine issued the following announcement on May 7.
The City of Blaine is continuing to re-evaluate and make adjustments to our COVID-19 response plans. After consultation between city staff and the Blaine City Council the decision has been made to issue new guidelines for the use of playgrounds in city parks. Today the caution tape is being removed from city playgrounds and the new advisory signs are being posted. In addition to playgrounds, trails and open space remain open as they always have been. Courts and fields have also always been open for small family group use, this will continue as well. Please remember to practice social distancing and enjoy the parks with members of your household.
