Go solar for the New Year! Join a Solar Co-Op for Connexus Energy members through Solar United Neighbors. A Solar 101 information session is taking place Wednesday, Feb. 1 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Coon Rapids Civic Center.SUN's solar group buy is free to join and open to homeowners and business owners in the Connexus Energy service territory. Together, members will learn about solar energy and leverage their numbers to purchase individual solar systems at a competitive price and top quality. Attending an event in no way obligates members to purchase solar.

SUN has coordinated more than 360 groups throughout the country, helping more than 7,500 people to go solar. In Minnesota alone, 1,000 people have participated with more than 200 of those going solar.
