Become a volunteer on a City Board or Commission
Anoka takes great pride in its many volunteers and the hard work they do for the city. There are 10 city boards and commissions. Currently, there are openings on three of the boards. If you would like to be a part of shaping Anoka's future, please consider applying. Positions remain open until filled and appointments made as applications are submitted.
Deadline for applications is 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
- Parking Advisory Board – 1 position, 3 yr term
- Parks & Recreation Board - 1 position, 1 yr term
- Utility Advisory Board – 2 positions, 2 yr terms
