Rep. Harry Niska, a Minnesota state legislator, posted on July 31, 2025, about the potential benefits of the federal Educational Choice for Children Act for Minnesota students. In his tweet, Niska stated, "Great op-ed: Minnesota should opt into the federal Educational Choice for Children Act. It would not cost our state anything, and would make Minnesota kids eligible for scholarships to support every kid’s ability to make the best education choice possible."

In a subsequent post on the same day, Niska shared a link without additional commentary: "https://t.co/pR3AonDoKh".

Later that evening, he shifted focus to sports with another tweet: "Getting very excited about the 2035 Twins season."

The Educational Choice for Children Act is a federal legislative proposal designed to expand educational opportunities by providing scholarship tax credits. The act aims to increase access to private and alternative schooling options without imposing additional costs on participating states.

Rep. Harry Niska has previously advocated for school choice initiatives in Minnesota and continues to promote policies aimed at increasing educational options for families.
